Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that Moscow views the decision negatively and warned that Russian forces intend to identify and destroy production sites for such military equipment. The move involves British-made components used in the SCALP cruise missile, which is the French version of the Storm Shadow system. Prime Minister Andy Burnham arrived in Kyiv on Monday to discuss these plans, which aim to establish long-range missile production within Ukraine.
