Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has publicly extended his support to families affected by the devastating floods in Nepal. The disaster has resulted in at least 359 deaths across the Himalayan nation, with rescue operations currently underway. According to the Ministry of External Affairs, 84 Indian nationals have been rescued, including 63 workers from the Trishuli-I project and 21 individuals from Tamil Nadu who were on the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. However, 290 Indian nationals remain uncontactable as search efforts continue. Tendulkar acknowledged the difficulty of the situation for those awaiting news of their loved ones.
