Chennai-based Sameera Group announced plans to launch 10 residential projects across Tamil Nadu under an initiative titled 10 Projects in 10 Days across 10 Districts. The developments will take place between August 23 and September 1, 2026, backed by a ₹300-crore internal investment. Managing Director M. Sandeep Kumar stated that the projects are designed to meet rising demand for organized residential communities in emerging markets. The new properties will feature a combination of plotted developments and villas across cities including Chennai, Madurai, Tiruchi, and Coimbatore. Each project spans roughly 10 acres, offering about 200 units with plot sizes starting at approximately 800 square feet.
