The proceeds will support the final $10 billion tranche of a $30 billion commitment to OpenAI, bringing the firm's total investment in the ChatGPT maker to $64.6 billion. The issued notes carry interest rates ranging from 7.125% to 9.75% depending on the currency and term. This issuance follows a separate 1 trillion yen bond offering aimed at retail investors earlier this month.
