Southern Railways Extends Thiruvananthapuram-Chennai Puja Special Train

Southern Railways has extended the operation of the Thiruvananthapuram Central–Tambaram Weekly Special train to manage passenger rush during the upcoming Puja festival season. Train number 06110 will operate on Wednesdays from September 16 to October 28, completing seven total trips. In the return direction, services will run on Thursdays from September 17 to October 29 for another seven trips. The extension is designed to provide relief to travelers commuting between Kerala and Tamil Nadu during peak festive dates. Tickets for the extended services are available through official railway booking channels.
