SpaceX AI Business Generates $7.5 Billion in Revenue

SpaceX reported $14.6 billion in third-quarter revenue, with its AI business line accounting for 52% of total income. The company's AI segment, which includes the Grok bot, the Cursor coding tool, and its neocloud infrastructure, generated $7.5 billion in revenue. Despite these gains, the AI division recorded $431 million in profit after accounting for $1.2 billion in stock-based compensation expenses. Elon Musk is currently spending four days a week in Memphis, TN, overseeing the construction of the Colossus II data center to address power and cooling constraints. Additionally, SpaceX plans to attempt the recovery of both the first and second stages of its Starship rocket during a test flight scheduled for November.
