Police in Kerala formed an eight-member special investigation team to trace 17-year-old Sivasurya from Chokli, who has been missing for 10 days following a domestic disagreement over a mobile phone. The probe, supervised by Thalassery ASP Dr M Nandagopan and led by Chokli SI R Ragesh, extended to Mysuru after family members reported he might have traveled there. Initial searches by local police in Ottapalam, Shoranur, and Kozhikode failed to produce concrete leads or CCTV footage of his departure. Investigators are currently planning to expand their search from Mysuru to Bengaluru. Neighbours reported nothing unusual before the teenager left home carrying his school bag.
