Sunshine Pictures Ltd. opened its IPO on 18 August 2026 with a price band of ₹342‑360 per share. The issue has attracted 22% of the total allotment; 23.51 lakh equity shares have been allotted at the upper band of ₹360. Anchor investors, including Innovative Vision Fund and Uni Growth Fund, bought the shares, while no units went to domestic mutual funds or life insurers. The grey‑market premium today is ₹75, suggesting a listing price of ₹435, about 20.8% higher than the final offer price. Despite a 78.65% EBITDA margin in FY26, revenue fell 27.96% and cash flow from operations was –₹332.06 crore. The shares will list on the BSE and NSE on 25 August.
