The company has set its price band at ₹342 to ₹360 per share, with grey market premium trends pointing to a potential 15% listing pop at ₹414. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 48,00,034 shares to raise ₹172.80 crore alongside an offer for sale of 30,37,157 shares aggregating to ₹109.34 crore. Retail investors can bid for a minimum lot size of 41 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,760 based on the upper price band. The share allocation reserves 50% for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors, and 35% for retail investors. GYR Capital Advisors Private Limited acts as the book-running lead manager while Bigshare Services Private Limited serves as the registrar.
