Supreme Court Orders BCI Policy Decisions to Include AG and SG

A bench led by Chief Justice Surya Kant, alongside Justices Joymalya Bagchi and V Mohana, issued the order while hearing petitions challenging the prolonged tenure of BCI chairperson Manan Kumar Mishra. The petitioners, advocates M Varadhan and Yogamaya MG, have also requested a financial audit of the BCI and the BCI-PEARL FIRST TRUST.
