Shares of Tempsens Instruments declined over 4% on the National Stock Exchange on Monday as investors engaged in profit booking following a strong market debut. The company, which manufactures thermal-engineering products and specialized cables, listed at a 111% premium on Friday after its Rs 650-crore IPO was subscribed 184 times. Despite the intraday slide, the stock continued to trade approximately 92% above its initial issue price of Rs 300. The company plans to utilize Rs 73.13 crore from the fresh issue proceeds to fund expansion and strengthen its balance sheet. The IPO included a fresh issue of Rs 95 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 555 crore.
