Three individuals—Rohan Premal Parekh (24), Dilip Rajaram Kunde, and Prathamesh Ganesh Bagul—were arrested for allegedly using a fake Prime Minister’s Office ID and forcing entry into Jio World Plaza in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) on September 7, 2026, armed with a licensed firearm. Security guards suspected the ID was counterfeit during a check. Police confirmed the incident had no connection to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in BKC the next day. An FIR was filed under impersonation and unlawful armed entry charges. The weapon used was reportedly licensed, and two of the accused have been detained.
