Three killed as Russia launches fresh aerial attacks across Ukraine

At least three people were killed and more than 10 injured as Russia launched a series of missile and drone attacks across Ukraine. In the capital, Kyiv, firefighters worked to extinguish a blaze at a market caused by falling debris from intercepted missiles and drones. Regional officials in Zaporizhzhia reported that two people died after a guided aerial bomb struck a house, while one person was killed in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Ukraine claimed to have intercepted three missiles and nearly 100 drones, while Moscow reported that Ukrainian forces launched approximately 600 drones toward the Russian capital. A warehouse belonging to the online retailer Wildberries was hit in Koledino, located 25km from the center of Moscow. Separately, a Spanish fighter jet operating under NATO duties intercepted a drone that breached Romanian airspace near the border with Ukraine.
