Three Men Die After Falling Into Hidden Well in Bhavnagar

Three men died and one was rescued after falling into a deep, bush-hidden well in rural Bhavnagar on the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday. A group of 11 men had been gambling in a field in Ukhrala village when a loud sound startled them, triggering panic and causing them to scatter in different directions. Police stated that no raid was underway and that someone else's arrival likely startled the group. The victims were identified as Ajitsinh Uta Sindha, Rahul Popat Chauhan, and Nilesh Bijal Dabhi, while Keval Ramesh Solanki was rescued alive. The farm owner, Mahaveersinh, realized the men were inside the well the following morning and alerted the 112 helpline, leading firefighters and police to the scene. An Accidental Death report was subsequently filed at the Vartej police station, and the bodies were sent for postmortem examinations.
