Tucker Carlson warns Trump may order nuclear strike on Iran
· World · Times of India, Bloomberg, India Today
Tucker Carlson, the former Fox News host, claims President Trump could order a nuclear strike on Iran’s Pickaxe Mountain site within hours, citing pressure from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He alleges the U.S. nuclear doctrine has been rewritten since February to ease battlefield nuclear use and warns such a strike would trigger regional radioactive contamination and a global war. The report notes neither the White House nor Pentagon has confirmed any doctrine change, and Trump told Newsmax in October he would not use nuclear weapons. Carlson’s post also warned that India, Pakistan and North Korea could be drawn into escalation after the initial strike.
Why it matters
The claims risk inflaming India‑Pakistan tensions and could affect regional security if any nuclear action were taken.
