Two Arrested for Alleged Sexual Assault in Vijayawada

Police have arrested two youth for the alleged sexual assault of a 40-year-old woman in Vambay Colony, Vijayawada. The incident occurred a couple of days ago, but was reported to authorities on Saturday. Nunna Circle Inspector Ahmed Ali stated that the suspects were in an inebriated condition at the time of the alleged crime. A case has been registered under Section 70 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. An investigation into the matter is currently underway.
