Levine was assaulted by Israeli settlers on Friday in Abu Falah while covering the annual olive harvest, suffering broken ribs, fractured vertebrae, and severe finger injuries. Witnesses reported that attackers kicked the 64-year-old journalist for ten minutes and stole her equipment, passport, and wallet. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed Palestinians or far-left activists might be responsible, though Huckabee dismissed such doubts and labeled the assault an act of terror. Huckabee demanded that the perpetrators spend years in prison following a full investigation and arrest.
