President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner and Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff are set to travel to Norway this week for negotiations on ending the war in Ukraine, according to three sources familiar with the matter. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy is expected to attend the meetings, two of the sources said. The talks come amid increased tensions between Washington and Kyiv, with Zelenskiy alleging that US policy decisions reduced the speed of Ukraine's Starshield satellite system and limited intelligence sharing, claims US officials have denied. Ukraine uses Starshield, produced by SpaceX, for battlefield communications and drone operations, with the US Defense Department holding the contract but allowing Ukrainian use. The schedule is tentative and could change, and the White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
