US Treasury Bars Bloomberg, WSJ, NYT From G20 Finance Summit

The US Treasury Department has excluded journalists from Bloomberg News, the Wall Street Journal, and a New York Times reporter from covering the G20 finance ministers and central bank governors meeting in Asheville, North Carolina, running from Sunday to Tuesday. The department offered no explanation for rejecting the accreditation requests, even as it had earlier said it expected to host more than 200 journalists from dozens of countries.
