The company, which processes 20 million call attempts monthly, originally launched as a text-to-speech firm named DesiVocal before pivoting to enterprise voice agents. Its client roster now includes Indian companies such as Flipkart, Practo, Groww, and PolicyBazaar. While the startup initially focused on high-volume tasks like lead qualification and loan collection, it is now expanding into complex workflows including healthcare appointment booking and KYC verification. Ringg is also diversifying beyond voice calls into chat and WhatsApp automation to broaden its platform capabilities.
