West Bengal Coordinates Rescue For 32 Pilgrims Missing In Nepal

West Bengal state authorities are working with the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu to locate 32 pilgrims who went missing during a Kailash-Mansarovar Yatra trip. The group, which includes Sharmistha Bhowmik Roy, daughter-in-law of former Union Minister Mukul Roy, was last seen heading toward the China border from Rasuwagadhi. The Isha Foundation has also reported that a separate group of 80 international pilgrims remains untraceable in the region. Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari has directed state departments to coordinate with central authorities to facilitate rescue and repatriation efforts.
