Neha Marvya, a 2011-batch IAS officer from Madhya Pradesh, has been transferred for the fourth time in a year, including a reshuffle within just 50 days of her latest posting. She alleges she faced staff insubordination, threats, and file stalling during her tenure as Director of the Tribal Area Development Scheme Department and Managing Director of key state bodies like MEPSET and the Scheduled Tribe Finance and Development Corporation. Marvya reported these issues to authorities but claims no action was taken, leading to her repeated transfers. She questioned the role of the IAS Association in addressing such grievances and expressed demoralisation over the frequent relocations. The Madhya Pradesh government transferred her on September 5, reducing her responsibilities to only the Managing Directorship of the Scheduled Tribe Finance and Development Corporation.
