Jailed JKLF chief Yasin Malik has denied any involvement in the 1990 kidnapping and murder of Kashmiri Pandit nurse Sarla Bhat in Srinagar. In a 25-page affidavit submitted to the TADA/POTA court, Malik stated he would not participate in trial proceedings, clarifying that this decision does not constitute an admission of guilt.
