Yogi Adityanath Launches Uttar Pradesh Corporation for Outsourcing Services

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has launched the Uttar Pradesh Corporation for Outsourcing Services (UPCOS) in Lucknow to eliminate middlemen and secure the rights of approximately 3.5 lakh outsourced employees. The new corporation aims to systematise the state's outsourcing framework, ensuring timely salary payments directly into bank accounts between the 1st and 5th of every month. Employees will also receive regular EPF and ESI contributions, with the government committed to paying service charges directly. The initiative is expected to benefit about 17 to 20 lakh people, including the families of the affected workers.
