Yogi Adityanath Renames Bhadohi District As Sant Ravidas Nagar

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced that Bhadohi district has been officially renamed as Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi. The decision was shared during an event in the district where the Chief Minister also inaugurated 112 development projects valued at over ₹1,340 crore. Adityanath stated that the renaming honours the medieval saint Satguru Ravidas ji Maharaj. He further credited his administration with revitalising the local carpet industry through the One District-One Product scheme and improved security measures.
